Our little cabin
We enjoyed a elegant morning tea (breakfast for us) at The Convent on Wombat Hill that consisted of some delicious fruit loaf lightly toasted, a Lemon Curd Tart to die for and some scones with Jam and cream. All of this served on the enclosed verandah of the restored convent on a lovely misty morning.

We Enjoyed a nice time at the Hepburn Springs Bathhouse with it's sensational natural mineral water bath, Sebastian thoroughly enjoyed it splashing about like crazy.
Plenty of relaxing and playing with Sebastian who was all smiles on his first family holiday.

The Chocolates are magnificent as are the hot chocolates we enjoyed whilst there.
The Building itself was made of hay bales and the construction was quite fascinating, you can read more about it all on their site along with a series of photos along the way The Chocolate Mill Construction

What to say about the Natural Springs of Daylesford, dissapointment! The most un-natural springs I have ever seen, sure lovely scenery, a nice creek walk and some concrete springs.
A unimpressed Adam & Sebastian at the 'natural' Springs

A sensational Gourmet Larder Big Breakfast with one of the best home made Salsa sauces I have tasted, needless to say we bought a jar of this fantastic stuff and will become a part of our weekend big breakfast back home.
